Burvale Hotel

We stayed I'm the family room, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and lots of room. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and everything you needed.

Comfortable beds, big tv, quiet, clean.

I loved the staff at the Burvale, they were so friendly, helpful and accommodating! When I locked my luggage with a padlock but left the key at home, the manager very kindly gave me options on what to do. He then assisted with breaking the lock by finding me a bolt cutter, which was a lifesaver! In addition, when I called with short notice for a later check out they were very nice about it and didn't charge me a late check out fee. I like that there is a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel and there is a bus stop outside so easy to get into town.

For the price of the room it was pretty good. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom looked a bit tired, but it was clean. The meal at the bistro was good. Time from ordering to receiving our meal was good. Dessert was enjoyable too, our only complaint with dessert was the serving was large and we couldn't eat it all

This place is just what a hotel should be., Clean, good value, friendly staff, location & facilities with a very relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant food was outstanding & room service upon request was great as usual! Staff are so welcoming and will go out of there way for you, this is our 6th visit and we will be back, we chose this place over a 5 star hotel because of the memories and amazing time spent here & this visit does not dissapoint, its the simplicity and what is expected of a hotel that makes this place one to come back too. I have 5 years hotel receptionist experience and the receptionist dealing with this booking did a suburb job for My requests! Some hotels dont reply at all. keep it up!
